Fallujah’s Scott Carstairs to Join Born of Osiris as Fill-In Touring Guitarist

Remember how a few weeks ago Born of Osiris shared the news that they were parting ways with their long-time guitarist Lee McKinney? Well it looks like they’re going to be a full unit soon enough, as they’ve tapped Fallujah guitarist Scott Carstairs to temporarily fill-in for their upcoming touring commitments.

Though we don’t know exactly how long Born of Osiris intend on utilizing Carstairs’ talents, we do know that he’s at least expected to play with the band. Though they have a six dates remaining in their European run, Carstairs himself shared the ‘Through Shadows Canadian Tour’ date poster, so it sounds like the band’s run through Great White North will be the first time he’ll be playing with Born of Osiris.

Regardless of when he joins the band, Carstairs said in an Instagram post that he’s gonna have to learn 15 new songs while stuck on a “bus full of party animals”. Oh no, sounds like such a terrible time! /s
