Hatebreed Seek to “Make The Demons Obey” with New Single

Iconic hardcore act Hatebreed return with a new track to pummel your senses for roughly three minutes. It’s the first time they’ve dropped new music since 2020’s Weight of the False Self, so hopefully you can withstand that…

The track, titled “Make The Demons Obey” is described by Hatebreed as “everything you know, love, want, and expect from Hatebreed. PMA lyrics, sick riffs, singalongs that will make you bumrush to the front of the stage, and some of the deadliest, most ignorant (in the best possible way!) breakdowns known to man.” Whether you agree with that self-assessment or not is purely up to you. I personally think it’s pretty damn close.

The song was originally premiered over at SiriusXM’s Liquid Metal. Naturally, frontman Jamey Jasta hyped up the track.

“Lots of bands say that their newest release will be their heaviest and I guess we are no different. We’ve managed to push the envelope and surpass our expectations. We’ve become tighter, harder and more vicious than ever. This is the most excited I’ve been for any Hatebreed release.”

As it stands, there’s no news about a new Hatebreed album just yet. Still, they’re touring pretty extensively so if you’d like to catch ’em live, check out the list of dates below.
