REZZ Joins Forces With Owl Vision for 8-Bit Track “Downward”

REZZ and Owl Vision are reimagining bass music through an 8-bit lens with their new collaboration, “Downward,” the final single from her upcoming album As The Pendulum Swings.

The track begins with low-poly, downtempo production rich with sounds you’d hear in an 8-bit video game. Not long after, the duo gradually introduce drums and harsher computerized sounds in a way that adds a bouncy funk to the glitchy arrangement. After unplugging for a brief moment to refill your health bar halfway through the track, the program rebuilds and closes out with all systems firing at once.

REZZ’s latest follows the previously released singles “Prophecy,” “Contorted” and “Telepathy,” all of which will appear on As The Pendulum Swings. The 13-track album is set to be released on September 12th, 2025. Not long after that on the 26th, she will make history as the first female electronic artist to headline Tacoma Dome.
